Alert
Im curious as to why an organisation called The Forest of Bradford is under threat of closing due to lack of funding. Especially when we are now seeing the results of torrential rainfall. How many times have the rivers surrounding the dristrict overflowed during the last ten months? The Forest of Bradford does sterling work and creates areas that enhance our environment. The trees they plant do help to slow the rain and this can only help. As stated at the start, why has funding not been offered by Bradford council? Im sure they could stop using their cars for a week and the money they save can be put to good use by the Forest of Bradford.
