We play 2 games of scrabble each Thursday evening. We cater for all playing abilities, social to expert. We organise fun events and themed evenings. Players can opt to participate in local competitions which are mostly sociable. Monthly prizes awarded. Annual prizes awarded. We have links to more serious scrabble competitions.

Variety of interesting speakers, social events and parties,outings.Women of all ages are welcome although it attracts mature ladies. Ideal for lonely and shy ladies to make new friends. Annual subscription £20. Meet at Shipley Library, Well Croft, Shipley on the first and fourth Tuesday of the month at 2.00pm. Approx 40 members. AGM March

Membership by application.All standards of players welcome 3 tarmac courts at Fernhill Road,Shipley (nr.bowling green). Social tennis Tues, Wed, Thurs and Fri evenings (Juniors have priority Fridays.) League tennis Monday evenings and Sat afternoons. Regular tournaments held for all standards. Coaching available. LTA affiliated. AGM April. Approx 70 members.
